John C Wilkins launches 3 new floor and wall products
Three exciting new products have been launched by John C Wilkins:
- JCW Silent Board Acoustic Wall System
- JCW Acoustic Deck 34
- JCW Acoustic Deck 37 Direct to Joist
JCW Silent Board Acoustic Wall System upgrades existing walls to dramatically reduce sound transmission. It can be applied to lightweight wall structures or existing plasterboard. It is ideal either where existing walls have failed pre-completion testing or as a solution to noisy neighbours.
JCW Acoustic Deck 34 is designed for new-build timber frame projects. It is an extraordinary 34mm thick when most alternatives are around 118mm, meaning that a minimum of one course of bricks can be saved per floor. Floor-to-ceiling height can also be increased.
JCW Acoustic Deck 37 Direct to Joist is just 37mm thick and can be applied directly to joists. After removing existing timber floors, there is no need to lay a new one, which not only overcomes floor-to-ceiling height issues but also saves time and money.
