The Acoustic Deck Project –
Watkin Jones have recently completed the development of 1,2,3 bedroom apartments and 3/4 bedroom townhouses at the Hirael bay. The peaceful waterfront setting of the old boatyard ensures that Y Bae will be a landmark development for the university city of Bangor.
Over a 3 year period JCW supplied 2098m² (with all distribution from 2015 going through our distribution partner CL Jones) of Acoustic deck totalling over £30,000. The acoustic deck was chosen as it is one of the quickest and most effective acoustic solutions on the market.
The acoustic deck provides impact soundproofing with a minimal loss of height between floor and ceiling and still comply towards Part E statutory building regulation
